桃子视频 will consider the posthumous awarding of an Associate, Bachelor, or Master鈥檚 degree for a student who has met the following established criteria at the time of death:
- Student was enrolled in their last year of study at 桃子视频 and/or has completed at least 75% of their program
- Student was enrolled in the appropriate courses for completion
- Student was in good academic standing (cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher)
To initiate the process, the deceased student鈥檚 family, spouse or significant other, or a 桃子视频 faculty or staff member, with family or significant other agreement, may request this recognition in writing through the Office of the Registrar. The Registrar will review the request with the Academic Dean, make a recommendation, and forward it to the Provost for approval.

- Instructors will record grades of 鈥淧鈥 for the remaining courses on the student鈥檚 academic record.
- Diploma and transcript will include the language 鈥淧osthumous honorary degree/certificate awarded鈥 and the date.
- The diploma will be mailed in a diploma cover with a letter from the President to the immediate family at the next conferral date.
