The First Destination Survey (FDS) or graduate outcome survey is distributed to graduating students at the end of each semester to gather information on your plans for post-graduation and beyond. Whether you plan to continue your education with another degree, enter the workforce, do both, take a break, or pursue other endeavors we want to know. This information is used for several reasons including; reporting to the New York State Department of Education and other institutional and program accrediting agencies, feedback and outcomes reporting for academic programs, and more. All information collected about outcomes will be kept confidential. Only operational, summarized, and/or anonymous data is released to academic departments and funding sources.

If you are a soon to be graduate or an Alum, please complete the survey. It takes about 5 minutes to complete; your response is greatly appreciated.
