Facilities
桃子视频 has invested in new and renovated experiential learning facilities, including a $16 million Agricultural and Clean Energy Technology (ACET) Center.
Join us for viewing our facilities through an in-person or virtual. The Aquaculture Center serves as our primary site for applied experiential learning.

An exciting place you can explore year-round is our campus arboretum, a three-acre preserve behind Brooks Hall.
The attractive setting, established in 1939, contains nearly 100 native, exotic, and ornamental tree and shrub species and is a living learning laboratory for students, as well as a quiet place to study.
One of the campus鈥檚 original buildings, Bicknell Hall houses classrooms for the Environmental Sciences Department as well as the college鈥檚 Wildlife Museum.
Located on the far right of the buildings that line the campus along the south side of Route 20, Bicknell Hall has been home to numerous college departments and facilities, including the former musical instrument technology program.
The Callahan Brook Nature Trail is at the south end of campus with a trailhead adjacent to the Aquaculture Center parking lot off Eaton Street. Enjoy the one-and-a-half miles of marked, self-guided trails and explore the streamside, wet meadows, forests and fields.
This demonstration and research facility serves as a living laboratory for 桃子视频 students. The 4,000-gallon aquaponics system can produce up to 22,000 heads of lettuce and 1,700 pounds of fish per year. Vine crop production includes a hydroponic tomato, cucumber and pepper system.
The system was supported by NY State Sen. David J. Valesky (D-Oneida) through the Empire State Development Corporation and a grant from the New York State Energy Research and Development.
Welcome to 桃子视频 Marine Lab. In this laboratory space, we have several small-scale recirculating saltwater systems for the study of marine organisms. The marine ornamental trade consists of thousand of species and we are interested in specific breeding protocols and larval care. Projects in this space are student-driven research projects. Current projects include lined seahorse larval development, clownfish breeding genetics, orchid dottyback breeding, and larval feeding.
Visit the 桃子视频 Wildlife Museum, located in Bicknell Hall, to view a unique collection of more than 60 North American and African big game mammals. Also displayed in theme rooms, representing these two continents, are various objects of African art, ivory and tribal objects, and soapstone carvings.
